FOUNDERS
Alex and Leila Hormozi are co-founders and managing partners of Acquisition.com. In four years, the portfolio grew to over $500M+ enterprise value and delivered a 13x return on equity to its founders. Before Acquisition.com they founded Gym Launch, Prestige Labs, and ALAN. In 2021, a private equity sponsor purchased Gym Launch and Prestige Labs for $46.2M. And in that same year, a strategic buyer bought ALAN in an all stock deal.

Alex wrote two best selling books $100M Offers and $100M Leads, both of which have sold over 1M copies and are still #1 & #2 on Amazon for Marketing & Sales.

What is the Acquisition.com Scaling Workshop? 

The Acquisition.com Scaling Workshop is a two-day event designed to provide business owners with the skills and tools to aggressively scale their businesses. This workshop is run by the same team that actively manages Alex and Leila’s $500 million+ portfolio. They are the ones teaching, not some professional presenters

You’ll get to ask questions directly to every expert and walk away with practical advice and strategies that can be implemented immediately to improve your business. (We have scaled companies across retail, e-com, software, info, business services, and many more.)

Our Scaling Workshops include a variety of learning formats. These include keynote speakers from our own portfolio team, including Alex and Leila Hormozi. In addition, you’ll take part in roundtables with Acquisition.com's own subject matter experts. Where we explore all the core functions of a business together from sales, marketing, client success, product and strategy, and content.

Our goal is simple: scale your business.

How Do I Qualify for a Scaling Workshop?

To qualify for the Acqusition.com Scaling Workshop, book a call to speak with a member of our workshop concierge team. We require you to meet some minimum entry requirements to be allowed in the room. These requirements include but are not limited to being active in business, a revenue threshold and operating in an industry where we are confident we can provide value. How Can I Bring a Guest to the Scaling Workshop?

Yes, we'd love for you to bring a guest or team member to the Scaling Workshop. Please note that guests are not included in the individual ticket, and we do not offer bundled or group discounts. Dates are also subject to availability.

In addition, we host Scaling Workshops at our actual headquarters. We only have physical space for a maximum of 100 business owners per workshop. Places are first come, first serve.

Where’s the workshop located?

All of our Scaling Workshop events are held on-site at our Acquisition.com headquarters at 2960 West Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89102.

Will lodging and transportation be included in my Scaling Workshop ticket purchase?

No. When you purchase an Acquisition.com Scaling Workshop ticket, this includes access to the event over the two days. We do provide refreshments and an optional breakfast and lunch each day. However, all other meals, transportation, and stay accommodations are not included. We recommend using rideshare options to reach the Acquisition.com headquarters.

Where to stay and what to do in Las Vegas?

Provided you qualify for a workshop, on receipt of purchase, we will send you a guide for suggested accommodation, recommended restaurants, and fun activities to enjoy during your stay. Will there be food, snacks, refreshments?

Yes, this is a privately catered event. You will be able to enjoy a light breakfast and refreshments in the morning on arrival. Plus, lunch and more beverages will be provided throughout each day. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact our team at: Workshops@Acquisition.com. after you have secured a spot and they will be more than happy to accommodate.

We've got you covered! We offer an array of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options for our buffet-style meals. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact our team at: Workshops@Acquisition.com.

What time does the Scaling Workshop start and end each day? 

Doors open each morning at 8:00 a.m. for attendee registration, check-in and networking with light fare provided We recommend arriving prior to 8:00 a.m. if you would like a specific seat in the workshop event space as all seats are first-come, first-serve. Additionally, during colder months, we recommend bringing a coat as the waiting space occasionally expands to  outside. 

The Scaling Workshops begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 6 p.m., with doors closing at 6:30 p.m. on Day One. On Day Two the workshop begins at 9:00 a.m., and and ends at 6:00 p.m., with doors closing at 6:30 p.m. We ask all attendees to schedule their rides or exit the building each day by this time so our team can prepare the space for the next event. 

Please let us know if you have ADA seating requirements and we will be happy to facilitate. 

Where do I find my workshop itinerary?

Your Scaling Workshop itinerary will be sent to you in advance of your attendance date via the email you provided the Acquisition.com Business Consultant team. If you have not received any emails from the Acquisition.com Workshop Team, or information about your upcoming Scaling Workshop, please contact our Workshop Team at: Workshops@Acquisition.com.

How should I prepare for the workshop?

In the weeks leading up to your Scaling Workshop date, you can expect to receive a specialized Acquisition.com pre-work packet that is designed to help prepare for the workshop! As long as you’ve received the welcome email after purchasing your workshop ticket, no action is needed on your part to automatically receive this information! If you have not received a welcome email, please reach out to the Concierge Workshop Team: Workshops@acquisition.com.

What’s the Scaling Workshop format each day? 

Each day will vary but the overall event will consist of speakers, Q&A, roundtables, workbook activities, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Each day is tailored to ensure you are provided the tools and skills to aggressively grow your business. 

Who are the main speakers? 

You will be introduced to the team that actively runs our $500M+ portfolio including Alex and Leila Hormozi. In addition, on the second day, you can look forward to breakout sessions with Acquisition.com subject matter experts so that no question is left unanswered by the time you leave.

What should I bring to the workshop? 

We recommend that attendees bring an open mind and an eagerness to learn! The Acquisition.com team will provide pens, a Scaling Workshop workbook and name tags for easy networking. You are welcome to bring your own writing materials (however we will provide). note we do not allow laptops or cellphones in the workshop event space to create an intimate environment optimized for learning. 

Can I hire the Acquisition.com team members directly to help me scale my business? 

No. Our Acquisition.com team is not available to hire for individual project work outside of the Scaling Workshops or our portfolio companies. If you’re interested in potentially becoming an Acquisition.com portfolio company, we welcome you to contact Workshops@Acquisition.com. Please understand if you solicit our team members or bribe them, you will not be invited back to any future workshops.

Can I change my workshop date?

Absolutely! Our Scaling Workshop Transfer Policy (seen here in our Terms and Conditions) allows each attendee to reschedule one (1) time within six months of the original workshop purchase date. There is a $100.00 transfer fee, and our Workshop Team would be happy to help facilitate this change. Please note that transfer requests within 72 hours of the registered workshop date will not be accepted. 


Exclusions do apply: Changes within 72 hours of the workshop date can only be made in the event of travel-related issues such as VISA problems, flight delays or cancellations or illnesses. 

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If an event cancellation occurs, registered participants will receive a full refund within 60 days of said cancellation. If any event is postponed, registration for impacted attendees will transfer to the next available event date.

There are no refunds for any Acquisition.com Workshop Event purchases.

My plans changed, can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

If you’re hoping to transfer your workshop ticket, please reach out to our Workshop Team at Workshops@Acquisition.com. They will be happy to work with you on transferring the ownership to someone else. 

Are photos, videos, computers and pictures allowed while onsite?

No. We ask that all Scaling Workshop participants refrain from using their laptop computers, cell phones and other electronic devices during the workshop presentations. Additionally, requests for pictures with Alex and Leila Hormozi and the Acquisition.com team are only allowed during allotted times. Please check with the Scaling Workshop Team if you have questions. 

Is there a code of conduct?

Yes. Please see our Participate Conduct section in our Terms and Conditions. In order to provide each attendee with the best experience possible at the Scaling Workshop, Participant Conduct is heavily enforced. 

What's the best time to arrive at HQ to beat the Las Vegas heat?

For your safety and comfort, we recommend arriving at HQ as close to the 8:00 AM PDT start time as possible. The heat in Las Vegas can quickly intensify, and we want to ensure you don't have to stand outside in the sun for long periods. Thank you!

Will there be a security checkpoint? 

Yes. Our Security team is here to ensure a safe environment for all of our guests. You will be required to pass a metal detector and your belongings will be searched for any hazardous materials, weapons and any recording devices. Should you leave the building during the event, you will be re-checked upon entry.

How much is a ticket?

The investment if selected is $5,000 per ticket.

When deciding on what we were going to offer for scaling workshops, we were left with two choices.

The first choice was to go mass market and try and fit as many people in a room as possible.

The problem is that we wouldn’t be able to provide outsized value… and go the extra mile to give you every possible advantage.

Our second option was to require a little higher investment on your part – but in exchange, we are able to devote so many more resources to help solidify your success with scaling your business.

Well… We decided to leave the low-level solutions to the other guys and instead ask a little more of you but give you a lot more in return.
