Role:

We are currently in search of a Studio Partner to assume a pivotal role within our company. As a Studio Partner, you'll function as an independent "owner," managing the business with a competitive base salary, an enticing bonus structure, and a share of the location's profits distributed annually. The Studio Partner will implement effective management strategies, utilize marketing tactics, exhibit consultative sales prowess, and maintain exceptional customer service standards to exceed performance benchmarks. Success in this role hinges on driving studio sales and ensuring the location's market viability.

Responsibilities:

  • Propel sales of treatments and retail items, surpassing performance targets and enriching the customer journey.
  • Supervise daily operations, uphold a hygienic and secure environment, and lead the team in resolving customer issues to ensure top-tier service delivery.
  • Act as the principal associate, establishing clear expectations, delivering ongoing training and guidance, and conducting routine performance evaluations to empower team members.
  • Oversee operational aspects such as inventory control, orders, and adherence to labor regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace ethos where employees feel valued, achievements are acknowledged, and concerns are promptly and fairly addressed.
  • Foster a customer-centric ethos within the team.
  • Proactively address guest service concerns and scheduling hurdles.
  • Provide outstanding service and introduce clients to our products and treatment plans.
  • Lead as the primary associate and cultivate a sales-driven culture.
  • Set and attain sales objectives by motivating the team and leading by example.
  • Offer training and direction on product and treatment plan sales.
  • Recruit and retain top-tier talent.
  • Support team growth and cultivate a culture of collaboration and continual enhancement.
  • Demonstrate expertise in procedures and mentor associates to surpass expectations.
  • Assume responsibility for business performance and enjoy the benefits of ownership.
  • Analyze trends and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Effectively communicate action plans and evaluate business performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks such as inventory management and payroll.
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes.

Requirements:

The ideal Studio Partner will demonstrate a passion for sales, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. They will be self-motivated, willing to exert effort to achieve results in their "own" business, and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • 2+ years of sales and management experience in service or retail sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication proficiencies.
  • Demonstrated track record as a revenue generator.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting with minimal supervision.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended durations.
  • Capability to perform various physical tasks.
  • Comfort with technology and computer usage.
  • Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs.
  • Confidence in skills and adaptability to fluctuating schedules.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback.
  • Possession of driven, accountable, and self-sufficient leadership traits.
  • Background in beauty industries such as med spas, esthetics, or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.

Salary:

  • $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
